IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are based in the United Kingdom.
Due to the differing costs of international deliveries we can only process online orders for shipping to UK addresses. If you need us to deliver to a non-UK address please contact us through the [Get In Touch] page on this website, or email us at: claylifepottery@gmail.com to discuss your order and shipping options/costs.
Local Pickup:
During the ordering/checkout process you can choose "Local Pickup" as a shipping method.
This means you can collect your ordered items from our studio shop at Brougham Hall, Penrith, Cumbria, CA10 2DE, free of postage charges.
We will email you when your order is ready for collection from the studio shop with instructions.
Standard Shipping Policy:
All online orders are shipped using "Royal Mail Tracked 48 (with Signature)" as standard.
The aim is to deliver your item(s) within two to three working days and this includes full online tracking so you can monitor your items progress.
A signature will be required on delivery.
You can also nominate a safe place where items can be left if no one is home.
If your item(s) are being made to order we will advise you of an expected delivery date when your order is processed.
